1. the simultanous use by many persons at remote locations of a single central computer whose speed in processing data is greater than the combined speed of all the users.
2. the occupancy of a dwelling, such as a condominium at a resort, for a guaranteed period of time each year, determined by the percentage of shares one owns in the dwelling.
